1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the we1win3 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Your continued use of we1win3 services following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any persons who access any content, service, game, or feature offered by we1win3, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other digital medium.

2Eligibility

To register and use a we1win3 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to we1win3 is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are accessing we1win3 as a private individual for personal, recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any business or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of we1win3, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a we1win3 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these terms.

we1win3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance subject to evidence of fraudulent activity.

3Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) we1win3 account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your we1win3 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify we1win3 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.

we1win3 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on we1win3 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). we1win3 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and DuitNow QR.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your we1win3 wallet are available for wagering purposes only. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may vary. we1win3 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory identity verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. we1win3 targets a 15-minute processing window for standard withdrawal requests. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. we1win3 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Refused Transactions: we1win3 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

we1win3 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are stated clearly within each promotion's individual terms. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per member, household, IP address, or shared device unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• we1win3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse promotions through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other method constitutes a material breach of these terms.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the we1win3 Sportsbook are subject to the applicable sports rules and market-specific terms. All casino games are subject to the rules published within the relevant game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these terms, these terms shall prevail.

we1win3 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed in error or in breach of applicable rules.
• Suspend markets at any time, including after bets have been accepted, where a legitimate operational reason exists.
• Limit maximum stake amounts per event, market, or member at our sole discretion.
• Withhold payment where a bet is placed based on privileged, non-public information or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

All gaming outcomes on the we1win3 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer procedures independently verified for fairness. we1win3 is not responsible for technical malfunctions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, third-party server failures, or force majeure events.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we1win3 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino table games or poker for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any other time.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your we1win3 account.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the we1win3 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to we1win3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any we1win3 content without our prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we1win3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.

we1win3's aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their we1win3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10Privacy & Data

we1win3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

we1win3 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11Responsible Gaming

we1win3 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We require all members to use the platform in a responsible manner. The following responsible gaming tools are available within every we1win3 account at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set reminders or hard time limits on your active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Access to we1win3 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. 12Account Suspension & Closure

we1win3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including minimum age verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the member.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information.
• Any other conduct that we1win3 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other members, or the integrity of our operations.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., closed at the member's own request without breach of terms), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable outstanding wagering obligations.

13Amendments to These Terms

we1win3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We recommend that members review these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under we1win3's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under our applicable licence.

Members who wish to raise a formal complaint are required to first contact the we1win3 support team to allow for internal resolution before escalating the matter externally.
